George’s First Golden Ale

Our Golden Ale is brewed with the freshest American malt and hops, which combine to create a beer that is cool, crisp & refreshing. George would have been proud!

ABV: 5%  IBU: 16

 

Raspberry Wheat – “Best Fruit Wheat Beer 2012 Ohio Brew Week”

An American wheat ale that has a dry, tart finish. A ½ pound of raspberries are added during the fermentation process to each gallon of beer that was brewed. This is a light bodied, thirst quenching ale.

ABV: 5.8%  IBU: 12

McLaren’s Scotch Ale

A new interpretation of an old favorite! Notes of toffee and a touch of smoke create a complex flavor and aroma that finishes warm and clean.

ABV: 7.5%  IBU: 15

 

Mound Builder’s Brown Ale

Our Brown Ale is made exclusively with American ingredients and enlists mounts of malt to build a beer that is rich with flavor!

ABV: 6.2%   IBU: 20

 

Chocolate Stout

Luscious and dark, our Chocolate Stout employs generous amounts of bitter sweet cocoa and chocolate malt to create a smooth, hearty brew!

ABV: 4.9%  IBU: 15

 

Irish Stout

A traditional Irish stout that pours dark and creamy with a thick tan head. Notes of coffee and caramel are accentuated by Golding and Willamette hops.

ABV: 5.7%  IBU: 15

 

Milk Stout

Our Milk Stout is a traditional English stout infused with Lactose sugar to create a creamy complex brew. Also named Sweet or Cream Stout, this beer is delicious no matter what you call it!

ABV: 4.7%  IBU: 10

 

Marietta Barleywine

Big & beautiful with giant flavor, our Barleywine Ale is loaded with American Two Row malt. Hops are added to produce an explosion of flavor and aroma. Consume in moderation!

ABV: 9.3%  IBU: 60

 

Cooper’s Copper Ale

To celebrate the newest member of the brew crew, we present a moderately hopped, well balanced, copper red ale! Let’s all raise a glass to our new bundle of joy!

ABV: 5.3%  IBU: 38

 

Buck(I)PA

Our India Pale Ale is true to the definition with big hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. If you’re a hop head, this beer is for you. We use Columbus hops at the heart of this IPA, because Columbus is the heart of any true Buckeye! Medium malt character, with a generous amount of hops provides you with a nice, full bodied IPA. “Dry Hopping” after fermentation gives this brew a great hop aroma and crisp hop flavor.

ABV: 7.0%  IBU: 75

 

Blackout IPA

Dark and delicious, our Black IPA (or Cascadian Dark Ale) is loaded with rich roasted malt and fruity aromatic hops. Lookout for the Blackout!

Pawpaw Porter

Unique blend of darkly roasted malts, spicy hops and an overly generous addition of locally grown pawpaws.

abv: 5.9% ibu:19

 

Buckeye Rye Stout

This is a flavorful brew infusing roasted chocolate and caramel malts with plenty of American re to create a rich, satisfying stout!
